Action Log

Action Log provides an auditable history of important actions in your Site.
Use Action Log when you need to verify:
- what happened
- when it happened
- who performed the action
- what object the action was related to (for example Service, Invoice, Order, Profile or User)
Where to find it
In Manager, open:
System -> Action Log
How to use it
Action Log supports filtering and searching by common fields, such as:
- action type
- subject type
- subject id
- actor type
- actor email
- time
Each row includes:
- UUID (opens action details)
- Type
- Subject
- Actor
- Time
The Subject field links to the related object page when a direct route is available.
Action details
Opening a row shows additional details:
- actor information
- subject information
- metadata (for example source/channel and other context values when available)
This helps with incident investigation, operational audits, and support troubleshooting.
