Action Log

Action Log provides an auditable history of important actions in your Site.

Use Action Log when you need to verify:

  • what happened
  • when it happened
  • who performed the action
  • what object the action was related to (for example Service, Invoice, Order, Profile or User)

Where to find it

In Manager, open:

System -> Action Log

How to use it

Action Log supports filtering and searching by common fields, such as:

  • action type
  • subject type
  • subject id
  • actor type
  • actor email
  • time

Each row includes:

  • UUID (opens action details)
  • Type
  • Subject
  • Actor
  • Time

The Subject field links to the related object page when a direct route is available.

Action details

Opening a row shows additional details:

  • actor information
  • subject information
  • metadata (for example source/channel and other context values when available)

This helps with incident investigation, operational audits, and support troubleshooting.
